Substance Abuse Professional- DOT Alcohol and Drug Testing

An evaluation will be conducted by the SAP face-to-face in order to provide with SAP with the cues to thoughts, behaviors and internal feelings.  The SAP will provide immediate attention to those who could be in danger to others or themselves. 

Evaluation:

* in-depth alcohol and drug use history

* standard psychosocial history

* current mental status exam

    ~ Evaluation will provide a diagnosis, treatment recommendations, and treatment plan
